Imagine this: you will fly into Rome; take in a guided City Tour ahead of your transfer to the majestic Sorrento. You will experience the stunning views over the Bay of Naples as you make your way to your 4* Hotel in the area, where you will be based to enjoy all of our exclusive activities that include classes and dining at our very own Saffron Cookery School!

Throughout your tour you will have the opportunity to take part in various authentic Italian Culinary Workshops and Classes that include (but are not limited to): Pizza and Ravioli Making, Ice Cream and Sorbet Making, Mozzarella Cheese Making, Italian Coffee Roasting and Pastry Making (amongst others) and you will also have the opportunity to savour the all of the amazing Italian flavours as you go!

Taking in Geographical, Historical and Cultural subject matter are also possibilities in this area with a guided tour along the Almalfi Coast, a boat tour on the Bay of Naples, a guided tour to the Isle of Capri and a fully guided tour of the Ancient Ruins of Pompeii. Further to this, Italian Language students will benefit from spending four days practicing their language skills and conversing with their appointed Italian Coordinator as well as the locals throughout the duration of their trip.

When you arrive in Rome, you needn’t worry about the logistics of getting around; your local Saffron Appointed Coordinator will meet you at airport arrivals and take you through your entire itinerary so you can get straight onto enjoying the Italian atmosphere from the moment you land until the moment you depart!
